Water damage repair
Water travels behind walls and under floors, so what you can see is rarely the whole job. We find where the water went, document it for your claim, and rebuild drywall, floors, cabinets and trim once everything is dry.
Signs to look for
- Stains or bubbling paint on walls and ceilings
- Soft or cupping floors
- Musty smell or visible mold
- Swollen cabinet bases or baseboards

Common questions
Is water damage covered by homeowners insurance?
Sudden events like a burst pipe are often covered. Long-term leaks and flooding from outside usually aren’t, unless you carry flood insurance. Your policy and adjuster have the final word.
How long does it take to dry out before rebuilding?
It depends on how much water and how long it sat. Materials need to be checked as dry before we close up walls, so mold doesn’t follow the repair.
Should I call a contractor before my adjuster visits?
Yes. When we inspect first, we can point out damage that’s easy to miss, like lifted shingles, wet insulation or smoke residue inside walls, and be there when the adjuster walks the house.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage, meet your adjuster and work with the insurer on the scope of repairs. The claim itself stays between you and your insurance company.
