Storm, water or fire damage? Start here.

The days after damage are when mistakes get expensive. Call us before your adjuster visits. We’ll inspect, document what we find and be there when the adjuster walks the house.

Straight answers

  • The claim stays between you and your insurance company. We provide documentation and repair estimates; we don’t act as your public adjuster.
  • We don’t waive, cover or “eat” deductibles. Your deductible is part of your policy.
  1. Inspect and document

We walk the property, photograph and measure every affected area, and write up what needs to be repaired.

  2. Meet your adjuster

We meet the adjuster on site, walk them through the damage and work with your insurance company on the repair scope.

  3. Agree on the plan

You see the scope, the schedule and what the policy covers before work starts. No surprises once the walls are open.

  4. Rebuild with one project manager

Materials ordered, crews scheduled and updates along the way, through the final walkthrough.

  1. Free consultation

In your home or by video. We listen, scope the work and give you an estimate, budget and timeline.

  2. Design and permits

We settle the design with you, apply for every permit and coordinate with the city or county.

  3. Build

You meet your project manager, get a schedule, and we check in at set points until it’s done.
